Rest assured.  We want you to be happy with your purchase.  And if you’re buying a BIG ASS PIZZA CUTTER as a gift, we want you to be as proud and delighted to give it, as the lucky recipient is to get it.

So we guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects and errors.  If there is a quality issue with your BIG ASS PIZZA CUTTER, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange, or an immediate and full refund of your purchase price.

All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

We so appreciate your order!  And we’ll do all we can to process it on a timely basis, which at this point means about 10 working days.  While we can not guarantee delivery dates, we will keep you posted via email re. the status of your order.

Note regarding PERSONALIZED Pizza Cutter Orders

1. Laser cutting your name through the steel blade of the BIG ASS PIZZA CUTTER will make it that much more special.  So you can be sure we want to produce your custom order just as you specify it – if we don’t, we’ll replace it.  We’re sure you’ll understand, that personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless we messed up on your order, or unless there is a product quality defect.

2. Please double check the spelling on the personalization information you provide us, before submitting your order, as we can not accept cancellations or changes to personalized orders once they are submitted.

3. Please note we will use our discretion to cancel any personalization order we deem inappropriate.  (We’re more cheeky than politically correct, but we do draw the line at “ass.”)
