Q  – When I specify personalization, do I need to include an apostrophe and/or the letter “s” along with the name, or does BAPC add that? (Ie. do I specify “JOE” or “JOE’S” )

We Laser Cut only what you specify on the Order Form – so we do not add a single character you haven’t instructed us to add. If you want your BAPC to say JOE’S – you have to type that into the personalization field.

Q  – Is the Personalization both upper case and lower case?

A  No. Personalization is UPPER CASE ONLY. The upper case letters are about ½” tall.

Q  – I’ve got a deadline for a gift, how far in advance should I be ordering to make sure I can meet my deadline?

A  We have two options for you. If you really are last minute, we recommend you give our ORIGINAL model BAPC – our logo is laser cut through the steel blade, but this is the non-personalized cutter – it is always in stock and if your order is in by 1pm EST it will ship same day. Allow 3-5 business days for normal ground UPS delivery, based on your Ship To distance from Indianapolis, Indiana. So about 1 wk from Order to Receipt.
If you want your gift to be PERSONALIZED – please note we batch our Personalized Production Runs weekly. Orders batched from prior week and received by 3 pm EST each Monday will ship the following Monday.  This means that orders received after 3pm EST each Monday will be batched till the following Monday, and shipped no later than the Monday after that.

Please allow 3-5 business days for normal ground UPS delivery, based on your Ship To distance from Middlebury, Indiana. So 1½ – 2 wks from Order to Receipt.

Q  – So when is the best time for me to order a PERSONALIZED Big Ass Pizza Cutter or Half Ass Pizza Cutter – for fastest availability?

A  Since we batch these orders till 3 pm EST each Monday, your best time to order for fastest delivery is over the weekend or no later than Mondays prior to 3pm EST.  This means your order will be ready for shipment within 7 calendar days – plus 3-5 days for delivery.

Q  – What’s the best way “to make the cut” with the Big Ass Pizza Cutter or Half Ass Pizza Cutter?

A  Simple.

  1. Just lean forward and weigh into the cut; let that Big Ass blade do the work.
  2. Lean side to side with each rock.
  3. For Take-Out pizzas, fold the cardboard box back and use it as a liner over your cutting board –
  4. For Frozen pizzas, use the cardboard backer as a liner.

Q  – Where can we store our Big Ass Pizza Cutter or Half Ass Pizza Cutter?

A The most convenient storage is the wide baking pans drawer under your oven. We also provide holes through the blade, by each handle, for out of the way hanging. Use the blade guard for storage. Take care when removing or installing the guard. Remember, our Half Ass Pizza Cutter measures only 14 1/2″ tip to tip so it can be stored in most any drawer.

Q  – Can I place an order for shipment to an address outside of the Continental USA?

A We now ship to Canada!  Please note  a $35.00 processing surcharge is added plus our standard shipping and handling cost.

Q  – Your Order Form shows Standard Ground Shipping. Do you offer Expedited shipping , like Next Day or 2nd Day or 3rd Day service?

A At this time we do not. However, will be expanding our Order Form to include these expedited shipping services via UPS.
